In the event of the goods being faulty, damaged or of unacceptable quality, then a Returns number can be obtained from 08700 677 617. Please return the goods to our normal address and immediately upon receipt of the goods being an acceptable format, then a refund will be made. All goods are sent out by First Class Royal Mail post. Under normal circumstances you will expect to receive the goods the next day but please leave up to 4 days before making an enquiry.
Under some circumstances goods order will not be in stock. However, we regularly update our stock lines and within a day of receipt of stock, back orders will be processed.
